Could This Be Real Wii U Game Box Art?

NeoGaf member Hero of Legend has pointed out that amazon.ca is showing what seems to be the actual box art for a few Wii U games, including Assassin's Creed 3, Avengers: Battle For Earth and Just Dance 4. The box art is shown below.

Unfortunately this was not embraced as part of England's history during the Opening Ceremony

Don't let the pretty box art fool you, the actual game is pretty rubbish

I think the design is very nice, it's simple and easily differentiated from the Wii's box art. In fact it's quite reminiscent of the Gamecube's box art design. The Nintendo Network logo would perhaps be better at the bottom of the box somewhere though, it looks oddly placed where it is.
